Our Work

If you're looking to rewire your brain, manage your emotions, set boundaries, and communicate more effectively, you've come to the right place. I offer a unique blend of clinical, spiritual, and heart-centered practices to help you unwind what's been stuck in your body for the purpose of creating a felt-sense of safety and self-trust. I provide a safe, compassionate, trauma-informed therapy space utilizing an integrated and collaborative approach.

My approach is holistic and somatic, based on the cultivation of mindful awareness by using the body and breath as tools to come into the present moment. These practices can assist you in becoming more aware, centered, grounded and better equipped to face the past, to engage in the present and create a more fulfilling, integrated future.

My therapeutic approach focuses on empowering you to unlock your own innate capacity for healing of the mind, body and spirit through attuned, consistent support. I look forward to supporting you on your path!

Brooke Kaufman, LPC

Brooke Kaufman found her way to becoming a therapist after a decade of being a seeker on her own personal healing journey. She sought out different modalities as way to help heal her own mind and body, as well as to be able to support others on their healing journeys.

She became a certified holistic nutrition consultant through Bauman College in 2009, and then continued on to become a certified massage therapist in 2012. She soon realized that a different approach was needed to get to the underlying roots of trauma, anxiety, depression and other common struggles. She learned about how trauma is stored in the body, and also discovered how powerful healing can be when done with the support of an empathic, skilled practitioner.

Brooke is a Licensed Professional Counselor who attended California Institute of Integral Studies, one of the few Graduate programs in the country to offer a focus in Somatic Psychology. For the past three and a half years, she has offered individual counseling sessions via tele-health in her private practice in Portland, OR and surrounding areas.

She is currently in a Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy training program through Polaris Insight Center, and plans to offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy to her clients when clinically appropriate in the future.
